changed how maximJs is extracted from Module. Added maxiArray class as way to avoid using vector.get function

maxi_webAudio file now compiles into maxiLib.js. All examples updated to use maximJs instead of Module

changed js to work with different numbers of channels. mixing example done; some cheating on c++ maxiMix stuff
